10 Features Of Men Ladies Need To Know
1. NOT ALL MEN BUT… No matter how good of
a woman you are, if another woman walks by
with a ‘BAD’ body, most men will look.
2. It’s not all about the thrill of the chase. Men
get tired of having to chase a woman hoping
that she might say, “Yes.” Sometimes dating is
just as exhausting to a man as it is to a
woman.
3.We do not read minds. Tells us what you
want us to know. If you need something done,
say it.
4. A man will marry when the right woman
comes along. Until then, most women are just
placeholders.
5. Not all men think with their lower head.
Many of us think logic over emotions.
Emotionally, intimacy and a relationship with
you might be good, but logically we are trying
to see if a relationship with you has any type of
longevity.
6. Most men want a woman that has some
characteristics of her mother.
This includes a
woman who can raise a family, because no
nation can rise higher than its women.
7. If you’re a loud-mouthed ratchet, chances
are men will have sleep with you, but they are
going to leave you at home to avoid
embarrassment.
8. If we love you, there is nothing we won’t do
for you in order to make you happy. That
includes holding your purse while you go to the
ladies room.
9. Some men just don’t know or understand the
value of a good woman. There is nothing that
you can do with those types. You simply have
to pass him up and maybe circle back around
after he matures. Maturity is what changes a
man, not a woman.
10. Men lie – whether it’s a small lie or a big
lie, sometimes men lie to avoid hurting your
feelings. If you don’t think you look good in that
dress, then you probably don’t.

6 SECRETS MOST SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE KNIW THAT YOU DONT
Contradictory to what most consider,
successful people are most of the time capable
to share easy guidelines that would get you to
the highest of profession ladder turbo than you
might consider. certainly, on the subject of
success, many of us anticipate that leaders
aren't inclined to share secrets and techniques,
nonetheless, when you speak to self-made ones,
you'll see that they did not get to the top of the
ladder on their own and you are going to be
very amazed to find out how most of them did
it.
And research findings with some of the
entrepreneurs have some useful tips that might
help all of us.
Tip #1
Any job counts
When starting out recent after institution, a
few of us feel that in order to make it count we
should watch for an enormous job and begin in
the subject we want to spend the rest of our
career at. Nonetheless, what most of the
leaders agreed upon, used to be that any job
counts on the beginning, and if you're now not
afraid to be taking calls, making coffee, and
getting mail, you're going to be obvious as a
hardworking person.
Tip #2
Accept failures
The street to success isn't paved; it is the road
that you simply have to create. No person ever
promised you that it could be effortless. In fact
it's only the opposite - when you are given that
the more failures you make, the turbo you
might get to the highest you might consider
much better. So, the following time you do not
get a job or be bad at the interview - get over it
and transfer on.
Tip #3
let them understand you're equipped
If you consider that to be able to get the
reward you simply need to work difficult and
they're going to notice you - unfortunately, you
might be improper. at any time when the
position opens, be capable to position your
name within the hat and let them understand
you can do the job. Even supposing you don't
get it, they still will detect that you are bold
and equipped to move ahead.
Tip #4
Do not be afraid to leave
Often when we get a brand new job present we
maybe afraid of moving on, on the grounds
that we suppose that nobody would be
competent to do our job as good as we do it.
Nonetheless, in case you accept the fact that
there are men and women who can do your
job, it is going to be less complicated so that
you can be transferred to a better function.
Tip #5
Be Committed
In case you are not committed to the work you
might be doing, individuals will realize that and
no person will trust you. So, get ready to get
your mind off anything else you are thinking
about and consider about work if you end up at
the administrative center.
Tip #6
Comprehend your Superpower
The most modern day strategy to combating
your drawbacks is to allow them to go and as
an alternative, focal point on what makes you
exact. While you are aware of what your
superpower is - probably you are a quality
connector, or perhaps you are a superb
salesman, or a perfect planner - use it and you
are going to love what you might get from it.

TURMOIL IN UNIUYO OVER FAILED NASU ELECTION
School Management Fingered
There is palpable war among members of the Non
Academic Staff Union (NASU), Uniuyo branch, as
the election which was scheduled to hold yesterday,
had been postponed due to a court injunction
restraining the exercise.
Our reporter who was at the opening of the
exercise, learnt that the union had suffered similar
fate in recent times, hence the need to finally
conduct the elections into a new leadership.
As was gathered, several irregularities and
misconducts had trailed previous leadership of the
union, thereby making members to agitate for fresh
elections, aimed primarily at reversing the
perceived negative trend.
“It may interest you to know that we took over
government when our predecessors involved
themselves in an illegal bank business, almost
collapsing the union, but to God be the glory, we
emerged to serve the National Headquarters, state
council and the entire NASU members from
embarrassment…”, the caretaker branch chairman,
Comrade Imo Udo, disclosed in his address.
Some of the visibly aggrieved members who could
not contend with the postponement of the election,
bared their minds on the development.
According to Comrade Edem Daniel, “I’m not in
anyway happy about the situation. This union has
done a lot of things that do not meet the interest of
members. For sometimes now, our welfare has
been overlooked and our funds are handled in a
way we don’t understand.
“Infact, the reason they are giving for shifting the
election is so flimsy. They are just trying to use
court injunction to deceive us. What are they taking
us for?”
For Comrade Ime Etim, “we are angry because
these people are trying to use us. This is not the
first time NASU election is postponed in Uniuyo.
Now, it has happened again. We were adequately
informed that the election will certainly hold today
and somebody is coming to tell us that it can’t hold
because of court injunction. It’s like there’s a foul
play somewhere”.
The branch chairman however, maintained that the
union has no option than to abide by the recent
directive “There is nothing we can do for now. The
decision that has been taken is above us and even
the state council. Moreover, this union is
answerable to the national headquarter. I’m only
appealing to our members to remain calm until the
court gives us a go ahead to conduct the elections.
For now, we should show some understanding at
least, for the sake of peace and interest of the
union”, he said.

8 WAYS TO IMPROVE AND INCREASE SPERM COUNT NATURALLY
Hello friends, its a beautiful day and i hope all is
well with you all? we are going to discuss on some ways on increasing sperm count Am not really going
to talk much on this topic and i urge you to sit back and journey with me as we talk
about the foods that help to keep your sperm
healthy and increase its volume. Its funny how
most men don't know the difference between sperm
and Fluid, let me explain it, Fluid is the
whitish, sticky liquid or fluid produced from a male
sex organ while sperm is a microscopic cell found
swimming in the Fluid (i hope i was able to
differentiate it without confusing you) ok! let's
continue...... most men produce Fluid without the
sperm being present, that is when we use the term
"shooting blank" this is why most men can't make
babies (no offence please).
Enough said before we get more confused, let's talk
about the food that can increase the volume of the
sperm and keep it healthy:
A) Banana: as i said before in my last post banana
contains an enzyme called bromelain which controls
sex hormones and also contains vitamins like A,B
and C which promote sperm production and helps
the body provide stamina.
B) Garlic: garlic is rich in allicin which promotes
blood circulation in the genitals and strengthens the
sperm, also with the presence of vitamin b6 and
selenium which controls the secretion of sex
hormones and reduces sperm damage.
C) Milk/Yoghurt: boost your calcium intake with
yoghurt, milk and salmon, these also contain
vitamin D which also helps to increase Fluid
volume.
D) Dark Chocolate: dark chocolate contains an
active ingredient L-arginine HCL, a strong amino
acid that helps to increase Fluid volune and raise
sperm count.
E) Eggs: eggs which helps in promoting fertility, also
increases sperm count , it also contains vitamin E
which prevents tissue degenerating of the testicles.
Eggs are also rich in antioxidants that protects the
cell.
F) Chicken/Beef: mineral zinc can be found in beef
and chicken which increases Fluid volume,
testosterone levels and protects the sperm from
free radicals.
G) Fruits /Vegetables: fruits like strawberry and
oranges which are rich in antioxidants, increases
sperm motility, prevents Fluid clumping and
improves possibility of fertilization. Fruits or
vegetables rich in folic acid eg: spinach strengthens
the sperm and prevents sperm damage.
H) Walnuts: walnut not only rich in arginine but also
rich in omega 3 fatty acids which has been found to
increase sperm count, improve blood flow, helps in
fertility and also contains antioxidants that reduces
the risk of heart diseases and protect the body from
various diseases.
Lastly..... water which improves
the functioning of sperm and helps the body to
increase sperm count.
We now know what to eat to increase sperm count
and while doing these things we should be able to
avoid some things which helps to destroy and
weaken sperm cells and also emulate a suitable and
healthy lifestyle, which are:
Cutting back on your intake of smoking and alcohol.
Stop overheating your testicles, avoid wearing tight
pants or boxers, these generate heat and prevents
the testicles from producing enough sperm.
Cut back on daily sex or masturbation as it reduces
sperm count, it helps to increase sperm count
production.
Avoid exposure to chemical toxins and radiation.
Avoid your intake of sugary food.
Avoid the intake of soy drinks / food as they contain
oestrogen which is good for the women but bad for
a man as it reduces sperm count.
Exercise regularly but not too much, make sure to
have enough rest, avoid stress.
While you embark on this journey,
i urge you to visit
a doctor and get tested. Some causes of weak
sperm can also be a sign of STI.
Finally maintain healty behaviour.

LAUGH IT OFF
TEACHER: George Washington not only chopped
down his father’s cherry tree, but also admitted
it. Now, Louie, do you know why his father didn’t
punish him?
LOUIS: Because George still had the axe in his
hand……
TEACHER: Winnie, name one important thing we
have today that we didn’t have ten years ago.
WINNIE: Me!
Teacher: How old is your father?
Kid: He is 6 years.
Teacher: What? How is this possible?
Kid: He became father only when I was born.
Logic!!
TEACHER: Glen, why do you always get so dirty?
GLEN: Well, I’m a lot closer to the ground than
you are.
TEACHER: Maria, go to the map and find North
America .
MARIA: Here it is.
TEACHER: Correct. Now class, who discovered
America ?
CLASS: Maria.
TEACHER: Harold, what do you call a person
who keeps on talking when people are no longer
interested?
HAROLD: A teacher
TEACHER: John, why are you doing your math
multiplication on the floor?
JOHN: You told me to do it without using the
tables.
TEACHER: Millie, give me a sentence starting
with ‘ I. ‘
MILLIE: I is…
TEACHER: No, Millie…… always say, ‘I am.’
MILLIE: All right… ‘I am the ninth letter of the
alphabet’
TEACHER: Clyde , your essay on ‘My Dog’ is
exactly the same as your brother’s.. Did you copy
his?
CLYDE : No sir, It’s the same dog.
TEACHER: Donald, what is the chemical formula
for water?
DONALD: H I J K L M N O.
TEACHER: What are you talking about?
DONALD: Yesterday you said it’s H to O.
TEACHER: Glenn, how do you spell ‘crocodile?’
GLENN: K-R-O-K-O-D-I-A-L’
TEACHER: No, that’s wrong
GLENN: Maybe it is wrong, but you asked me
how I spell it.

NEUTRALITY OF LIFE
**If you are neutral in situations of
injustice, you have chosen the side of the
oppressor. If an elephant has its foot on the
tail of a mouse and you say that you are
neutral, the mouse will not appreciate your
NEUTRALITY...
LIFE............
#HOW well you
communicate,influnce,persuade and
negotiate will ultimately determine the
quality of your life.
IDEAS are seed.IDEAS
are more powerful than the brain that
produces them.We may be able to count
the numbers of SEED in an apple ,but we
may not be able to count the numbers of
apple in a SEED.The quality of IDEAS that
flows through your mind will determine the
quality of your LIFE.The quality of your life
can"t be greater than d quality of ur
thoughts. As a man thinketh in his heart so
he is.
Freindships is a relationships characterized
by unconditional love.
*People are insecure...give them
confidence.
*People want to feel special...sinecerely
compliment them.
*People desire a better tommorow...show
them hope.
*People need to be understood... listen to
them
*People are selfish...speak to their needs
1st
*People get emotionally low...encourage
them
*People want to be associated with
success... help them win.
Think back of the most important
experiences of ur life, the highest high, the
greatest victories,the most daunting
obstacles overcome.How many happened
to you alone? I bet there are very
few.When you understand that being
connected to others is one of life"s
greatest joys, you realize that life"s best
comes when you initiate and invest in solid
relationships.
-Life"s greatest experiences involve other
people
-You"ll enjoy life more if u like people
-You"ll get futher in life if people like you.
Be the best you want to see in
others.Human beings are a living
magnet,we always attract our
values.Remember eye for an eye will make
the world go blind.
An open mind can free ur heart.
An open heart can feel true love
An open soul can spread your love
An unconditional love 4 all.
Live ur life being true to urself, using ur
heart to see with, feel with, and to love with.
Be the best always

THE FUTURE IS HERE
Doubt everything in the world but never
doubt yourself and your capabilities.
Don't wait for an opportunity to come to
you, pave your own way to success and
opportunities will flock to you.
Mistakes are guiding lights to success. If
you do not make mistakes, success is a
far-fetched dream.
Cowardliness is the biggest hurdle to
success. To achieve your dream, you must
be ready to put all you have at stake.
Success is never bestowed upon you; it is
what you choose for yourself.
Never is success destiny; it is a
combination of perception, passion and a
lot of hard work. Nothing will move unless
you move.An object will remain @ the state
of rest unless force is being applied.
Treat every day as a new adventure
waiting to see what awaits you in the time
to come.
Life is a stage where you are the star. Live
every day to excel and give your very best
to create a place among the legends.
Glory comes when you go beyond what
others expect of you and live your dreams.
Every beautiful butterfly was once a dreary
caterpillar.
Destiny always works itself according to
what works in our minds. You get what you
expect.
Fear is when we rise each time we fall and
failure is when we have lost perseverance
to rise at all.
Excellence is all about determination and
perseverance.
Live your life in a way that millions would
crave to follow.
Success comes when you are truly
passionate about what you are doing.
Passion comes when you truly believe in
what you are doing.
Don't let yourself get demotivated when
troubles come your way. Just remember
the rainbow shows up only after a rainy
day.
Regardless of what anybody else says, you
have the power to do something that
nobody else can and that's the reason why
you are here on earth.
A tree grows only as much tall as the roots
have grown in the soil. So if you want to
succeed in life, you will have to hold your
ground firm and strong. The stronger you
hold on to your ground, the higher you will
rise to touch the heavens.
The battle has not been won until the last
soldier is killed.
Live your life in such a manner that people
won't want to overtake you, instead they'll
want to become more like you.
Never demotivate yourself. There will be
already so many others out there who will
be ready to do that.

It’s no longer enough to look for a job through
traditional methods such as submitting an
application and resume through job listings. Social
media has become essential to the C-level job
search. For this reason, LinkedIn profile
development should become an integral part of your
job search process.
Why Is LinkedIn Important?
There are a number of reasons why you need to
focus on writing a stellar LinkedIn profile to help you
obtain a C-level position. LinkedIn profile writing
services can help you:
Promise value to a potential employer and
advance thought leadership
Reach recruiters and decision makers
Advance your job search with LinkedIn’s
unique features
Network with industry leaders who may
connect you to your next position
Prove you are who you claim to be
How to Complete LinkedIn Profile Development
Whether you work with an experienced executive
LinkedIn profile writer or you choose to attempt this
process on your own, it’s essential to know what
aspects of your profile require the most attention to
be effective.
1. Optimize Your Profile – Make sure your profile
reflects every position you are considering. Be
sure as much of your profile is complete as
possible. A complete profile is more effective.
2. Request Recommendations – LinkedIn allows
coworkers and former employers to provide
recommendations for individuals. While some
people automatically provide these when you
connect, you may need to ask others.
3. Increase Your Network Connections – LinkedIn
is designed to make networking online easy.
Even before you start searching for a job, you
should reach out and connect to other
individuals in the industry you are considering.
You should also connect with past coworkers,
friends, family members and anyone else you
know.
4. Look for a Job via LinkedIn – LinkedIn Jobs
makes it easier to use this social media site to
find your next job. This tool will suggest jobs
based on your profile. Therefore, you should
follow companies and industries you are
interested in and research recruiters in your
industry.
Engaging in LinkedIn can be a useful tool in helping
you find your next C-level position. However,
without the proper LinkedIn profile development,
you may impede your efforts, rather than help you
obtain the right position. If your profile isn’t well-
suited for your job search, employing the help of
LinkedIn profile writing services will ensure your
profile makes a good first impression and helps you

process on your own, it’s essential to know what
aspects of your profile require the most attention to
be effective.
1. Optimize Your Profile – Make sure your profile
reflects every position you are considering. Be
sure as much of your profile is complete as
possible. A complete profile is more effective.
2. Request Recommendations – LinkedIn allows
coworkers and former employers to provide
recommendations for individuals. While some
people automatically provide these when you
connect, you may need to ask others.
3. Increase Your Network Connections – LinkedIn
is designed to make networking online easy.
Even before you start searching for a job, you
should reach out and connect to other
individuals in the industry you are considering.
You should also connect with past coworkers,
friends, family members and anyone else you
know.
